Meet the Team
Executive Producer
Jennifer Sutherland
In 2016 Jennifer founded Freckle Productions with a view to creating a wider variety of productions – both fiction and non-fiction for children, young people and their families.
Jennifer has 20 years of producing experience in the commercial sector and has co-produced work with the National Theatre, Barrow Street Theater New York, Sydney Opera House, Melbourne Comedy Festival, New Zealand Festival, Bristol Old Vic, Underbelly amongst others. She has worked as a consultant with several large brands with a view to bringing their work into the live theatre sector. She is a member of SOLT and sits on the board of The Dads’ Network.
Freckle is one of the leading producers of work for children and their families in the UK. Jennifer looks forward to the company continuing to tour and create new and inspirational work for audiences here and abroad.
Creative Producer
Michael Brazier
Michael joined Freckle in 2018 as Producer and became Creative Producer in 2024.
Michael was the Director of the National Student Drama Festival 2012 to 2018 and Associate Producer for Glynis Henderson Productions 1996 to 2011.
He trained as an actor at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and worked for Bristol Old Vic, Birmingham Rep, Leicester Haymarket, Old Vic London, Almeida Theatre, Medieval Players, BBC, Central TV and HTV and also worked for The National Youth Theatre as an Assistant Director and Workshop Director before moving to the other side of the desk… thanks to Andre Ptaszynski hiring him for his company Pola Jones Associates.
General Manager
Anouchka Harrison
Anouchka started at Freckle in 2017. She started her career working in literary agencies Curtis Brown and The Agency (London Limited) before moving to television as Michael Palin’s personal assistant at Prominent Palin Productions and for companies such as Hat Trick Productions and Talkback Thames.
Anouchka is fluent in Spanish and Italian and lived in South America for 15 years prior to joining Freckle.
Programmer
Anita Ashwick
Anita trained in Stage Management at The Central School of Speech and Drama and subsequently worked with The Young Vic, Opera Factory, Mecklenburg Opera, English National Opera, Polo Jones Associates, The Women’s Playhouse Trust, The Theatre of Comedy Company, Triumph Apollo and Bill Kenwright Ltd.
Anita’s long association with Complicite, first as Company Stage Manager and then as Administrator, included touring productions across the UK, Europe, Australia, Japan and the United States.
Assistant Producer
Aya O'Shea Freke
Aya joined the Freckle Team in 2023 as a Production Co-ordinator, after graduating with a First Class Masters of Arts (Honours) Degree in English and Philosophy from the University of St Andrews. She became Assistant Producer in 2024, and has led on producing Zog for its 2026 tour and run at the Cadogan Hall in London.
Aya has produced at the Edinburgh Fringe and ran the Barron Theatre during her time at St Andrews University.
Marketing Consultant
Liz McGinity
Liz is an experienced Marketing Consultant, with over 20 years of working across the entertainment, leisure and hospitality sectors, both agency and client side. Clients have included MAMMA MIA!, Royal Court, Shakespeare’s Globe, Immersive Everywhere and many more.
Marketing Coordinator
Amy Wall
Amy joined the Freckle Team in 2025. She has previously worked as a marketer for Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre and Hydrocracker Theatre Company.
Amy graduated with a First Class Bachelors degree in English Literature and Drama from the University of Manchester and a Distinction in her Masters Degree in Classical Reception Studies from University College London.

Arabella Neville-Rolfe from ANRPR
Arabella is an experienced and well-connected freelance PR professional specialising in theatre, arts and live entertainment.
During her eighteen years in the industry, Arabella has built and nurtured close relationships with arts and news media both nationally and internationally. During her time at Peter Thompson Associates and then at Target Live, she planned and implemented PR campaigns for major West End musicals, plays and UK touring productions. She has worked on a diverse range of live entertainment and arts projects, including dance and comedy, as well as shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
She launched ANRPR in 2019.
She is now a venue PR specialist, working on strategy, production and season PR for major venues, in London and UK-wide, with clients that have included The Watermill in Newbury, Park Theatre, Hackney Empire, The Belgrade Coventry, The King’s Head Theatre, The Barn Cirencester, Riverside Studios, Polka Theatre, Fairfield Halls, Curve Leicester, Malvern Theatres, MAST, New Theatre Woking and the Birmingham Hippodrome.
Other retained long-running West End shows and immersive experiences include The Choir of Man, Six the Musical and the Faulty Towers The Dining Experience.
